Dear all,

Unfortunately, Melike is temporarily out of the office due to illness. This means the secretaries are understaffed and requests might take some more time. I ask for your understanding and consideration. Please weigh your requests more carefully to ensure the workload for Brigit and Marja remains acceptable.

Furthermore, to allow Brigit and Marja to get work done, I have decided to start using opening hours for the secretariat. From now on, Marja and Brigit are available for walk-ins between 9-12 and 13-16 every day.

I trust you will understand these measures, given the situation.
