[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] Zoom license

Dear all,

The VU is planning to phase out Zoom and exclusively use Teams for videoconferencing. The Zoom license costs the VU about 100k per year, and the service is largely duplicate to Teams. Although it increases the dependence on Microsoft, Johannes (who is on the IT committee) is not sure it is worth to fight for keeping Zoom. In case you would like him to do so, please contact him and provide him with some arguments for keeping on the Zoom license. There is no guarantee the outcome will then be different, but we can at least try.
