Subject: IBVU Call for Project Proposals – Submit by 14 October 2025

Dear colleagues,

The IBVU is pleased to launch a dedicated call for project proposals for 2026, with a total of €500,000 in policy funding available. This call supports the VU’s strategic ambition to make academic knowledge accessible, relevant, and actionable, in line with the goals of the new Institutional Plan. It is similar in spirit to the annual VUO funding rounds, and focuses specifically on initiatives that help strengthen our capacity for valorisation and impact.

We invite you to submit proposals for projects that align with this ambition — for example by enhancing valorisation infrastructure, fostering stakeholder engagement, developing training programmes, or improving support and services.

To help refine your ideas, you are welcome to pitch your proposal at the IBVU meeting on 24 September for early feedback and input.

  *   Deadline to submit for feedback: 9 September 2025
  *   Final deadline for proposal submission: 14 October 2025
Proposals must be submitted via the IBVU agenda in iBabs.
