Subject: Notification of Scheduled Electrical Testing - Coordination Centre Energy B.V. (CCE)

Dear colleagues,
We would like to inform you of the following:

  *   Electrical testing will take place on Saturday, 6 September 2025, between 08:00 and 09:00.
This test is part of the internal protocol of Coordination Centre Energy B.V. (CCE) and involves several so-called "island tests" of the preferential (emergency) power network.
If the test proceeds as planned, you should not experience any disruptions. However, in the event of complications, a brief outage of approximately 40 seconds may occur.
All necessary measures are being taken to minimize any risk of disruption to primary operations.

Coordination within the buildings of Vrije Universiteit, including ACTA, O|2, the Medical Faculty, and the Transitorium, will be managed by Mr. J. Snoek, Team Leader for Incident Response and Emergency Management at the VU Campus Facilities Organization. Betreft: aankondiging werkzaamheden Coördinatie Centrum Energie B.V. (CCE)

Hierbij informeren wij u over het volgende:
* Elektriciteitstest op zaterdag 6 september 2025, tussen 08.00 - 09.00 uur.
Het testprotocol van 6 september bestaat uit een aantal testen de zogenaamde 'eilandtesten' van het preferente net (noodstroom). Het betreft hier een intern testprotocol vanuit het CCE.
Bij een goed verloop van de test, zult u hier geen hinder van ondervinden.
Als tijdens de test complicaties optreden kan dat resulteren in een kortdurende uitval (40 seconden) van het preferente net.
Wij stellen alles in het werk om risico op verstoring van het primaire proces te minimaliseren.

De coördinatie in de gebouwen van de Vrije Universiteit, waaronder ook gebouw ACTA, O|2, Medische Faculteit en het Transitorium, wordt verzorgd door de heer J.
