Dear all.

please see below information on the current relocation planning and spot plan, shared with us with a request to check and share it with the team. The docs are on Teams, in OV-Verhuizingen Onderzoeksgebouw as well as in Staff members.

In onderstaande mail (links) is de huidige verhuisplanning en vlekkenplan met ons gedeeld met het verzoek dit te controleren en delen met de achterban. De documenten staan in teams, in OV-Verhuizingen Onderzoeksgebouw en in Staff members.

Attached, as previously announced, you will find the link to the updated and further completed relocation planning for the move from W&N to VU Research Building. The planning is based on a strip plan as well as a floor plan.

Please check this planning and share it with your supporters. We have tried to process everything completely as much as possible, but if you have any questions or comments please let Tom, Annelieke and yours truly know.

A follow-up step is that we will make a roadmap per department/specialty group in which a detailed schedule will also be drawn up with each other, and the specials will now also be laid down in the schedule within the indicated move period. This will start with neuroscience as they are the first to move.

Beste afdeling vertegenwoordigers,

Bijgevoegd treffen jullie, zoals eerder aangekondigd, de link aan naar de bijgewerkte en verder aangevulde verhuisplanning voor de verhuizing van W&N naar VU Onderzoeksgebouw. De planning is zowel opgesteld in een strokenplanning als ook op basis van een vlekkenplan per etage.

Het verzoek om deze planning te controleren en met jullie achterban te delen. We hebben getracht zoveel mogelijk alles volledig te verwerken, maar bij vragen of opmerkingen laat het weten aan Tom, Annelieke en ondergetekende.

Een vervolgstap is dat we per afdeling/vakgroep een draaiboek maken waarin ook een detailplanning wordt opgesteld met elkaar en ook de specials zullen nu in de planning worden vastgelegd binnen de aangegeven verhuisperiode. Daarin zal gestart worden bij neurowetenschappen gezien zij als eerste verhuizen.
