Dear all,

I have just sent the e-mail below to all PhD students. Given the financial situation (and pressure from my fellow MT members), I will be checking more rigorously that all students fulfill their teaching duties. There are a number of coordinators who are in urgent need of TAs (see the teams channel NS All Employees | 04. Please check that all your students have teaching tasks planned to fulfill their duty during their PhD trajectory. Contact me if you have any questions.

Dear all,

as you know, as a PhD student you are expected to teach in the BSc and MSc programs offered by the department (see attached pdf for the exact rules). If you have not already fulfilled your teaching duties, please make sure to plan these tasks asap. There are currently a number of teachers urgently looking for TAs (see the teams channel NS All Employees | 04. Teaching - TA matters - Vacancies | Microsoft Teams<https://teams.microsoft.com/l/channel/19%3A7509ea4fffa8448581b2f412094afc03%40thread.tacv2/04.%20Teaching%20-%20TA%20matters%20-%20Vacancies?groupId=7b8bb98b-9636-4db8-ac26-1f8e89d34688&tenantId=462a9c9c-2da6-4bfb-b318-0f83043fe49b>). Please discuss with your supervisor if you would be suited for one of these TA tasks and, if so, contact the coordinator of the relevant course. Next week I will personally contact those of you who have not yet fulfilled your teaching tasks to send me a filled out form with your planning (if you have not already done so).
