[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] Announcement : 2024/2025 UvA/VU Physics and Astronomy program for visiting professors (proposals due by April 30th, 2024)

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the 2024/2025 UvA/VU Physics and Astronomy program for visiting professors. The program aims to attract and support high-profile visitors who are accomplished academics with a strong research background, and recognized experts in one of the disciplines that our three institutes specialize in.

We invite the staff of each of the three participating institutes (the UvA Institute of Physics, the UvA Anton Pannekoek Institute, and the VU Department of Physics and Astronomy) to propose potential visitors for the academic year 2024/2025. Please email your proposal to Andrea Baldi (a.baldi at vu.nl<mailto:a.baldi at vu.nl>), along with a brief motivation statement (maximum half a page) by April 30th, 2024.
