Dear all,

The HR department starts a new round of peer coaching for PhD candidates and postdocs, so that they can help each other with shared problems and challenges. Young researchers often run into similar issues within their work. Peer coaching provides an opportunity for them to hear from others and learn how to deal with challenges on the job. Others may have ideas that you hadn't thought of yourself. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to lead peer coaching groups and improve your communication skills.
