Dear Juan, Marie Louise, Oscar & Jordi

Thanks a lot for sharing this clear, ambitious and overall applaudable document!
The only comment I have at this moment is that "Section-with-MT meetings/lunches that take place 2 times per year" means that you will have 14 of these meetings per year, which is a lot! Personally I think reducing this to once per year will also suffice.

With great pleasure I would like share with you the attached document. It contains a proposal for a possible strategy and vision of the new MT, starting on 1 January 2025 and consisting of Juan, Marie Louise, Oscar, and myself.



We would like to present and discuss the content of this document on the first staff lunch meeting of 2025, being on the 14th of January. Sufficient time will be allocated for discussions, including in small break out groups to gather feedback. Hence, we encourage everyone to attend the staff lunch of January 14th in person, although as usual there will be a Teams connection option.



In the meantime, you are very welcome to provide feedback through the Teams channel (Staff Members | 01.
