[staff-physics-and-astronomy-HL-UHD-UD] Check FTEs research 2021

Dear all,

Last week I sent the email below asking you to check the overview of time spent on research in 2021. Many of you have done this (for which I thank you again!). For those who did not respond yet, I would like to remind you to do so before the 28th of March.

Furthermore, I received some questions on how to interpret the time spent on research. The assumption is that each of you spends 40% of his/her time on research. With a full-time employment, this means 0.4 FTE. This is in principle spend on the first money stream, unless part of the FTEs are on grants on the second and third money stream (e.g. with an ERC). Hopefully, this clarifies any confusion you might have.

Dear all,

In order to have a correct registration of the time spent on research in Pure, we need to check/complete the attached file. It concerns the FTEs we spent on research in 2021. Could you therefore let me know if the proposed FTE spending in 2021 is correct (columns K up to N)? If not, what should it be? If no suggestion has been made, I would like to hear from you what it should be.

In column A, you can filter by name to look yourself up.

Please check and reply before the 28th of March.
