[Sbi-group.beta] Update Door bicycle room at VO

Quick update
The repair of the bicycle shed door motor is turning out to be a bit more complex than expected. As a result, it will take some additional time before the issue is fully resolved.
In the meantime, the door to the bicycle room in the VO building will remain open between 08:00 and 17:00, so you can continue to use the bike parking.
Please do not remove the door stop yourselves.

For the coming period, until permanently fixed, the door to the bicycle room in the VO building will be open between 0800-1700h. This way you can use the parking for your bikes.
