Onderwerp: [Vu.hoofden.onderwijsondersteuning] Uitvraag vakaanbod voor Summer School 2026

Beste allen,

International Mobility is gestart met de oproep voor cursusvoorstellen voor de 13e editie van de VU Amsterdam Summer School (4 juli – 1 augustus 2026). De Summer School 2026 is programmatisch versterkt met een thematische focus en biedt studenten de kans om bij te dragen aan een gezonde, duurzame en rechtvaardige wereld.

Met een onderscheidend cursusaanbod - het gaat om korte, intensieve 1- of 2-weekse cursussen op de campus - willen we de internationale zichtbaarheid van de VU vergroten, wat ook onze reguliere opleidingen ten goede komt. Op basis van een thematisch cursusaanbod binnen maatschappelijke thema’s die bijdragen aan wereldburgerschap, waaronder “Sustainability & Innovation, Entrepreneurship in an international setting, Society & Governance, Health & Wellbeing, and Peacebuilding”.

Het is een mooie kans voor docenten om een specifiek vakgebied internationaal te profileren, extra inkomsten voor de faculteit te genereren en internationale samenwerkingen aan te gaan of te versterken. Alle praktische informatie (financiën, planning, formulier) vind je in het bijgevoegde document. Bij deze het verzoek om deze oproep te delen met docenten en/of programmadirecteuren die binnen deze thema’s cursussen aan kunnen bieden. De deadline voor vak aanmelding is 3 Augustus 2025. Docenten kunnen met vragen over de Summer School bij de Coördinator van de Summer School Panagiota Christidou (cc) terecht.
