Beste collega’s,

Bijgevoegd ontvangen jullie een overzicht van de Bèta aanmeldingen van alle bachelor en masteropleidingen op peildatum 15 april 2025.
Let op: aanmeldingen zijn geen inschrijvingen.

Opvallende cijfers Bèta

  *   Er zijn momenteel 7101 voorlopige aanmeldingen voor de hele faculteit, waarvan 1572 op ‘Portal voltooid’ en 1577 op ‘Voorwaardelijk geaccepteerd’. 3126 aanmeldingen hebben nog de status ‘Initieel’.
  *   Voor de bacheloropleidingen zien we bij alle opleidingen een daling van het totaal aanmeldingen, behalve voor bFAR. Voor bGZW en bMNW is het beeld vergelijkbaar met week 14. Beide opleidingen hebben minder aanmeldingen in vergelijking met de voorafgaande jaren.
  *   M.b.t. de masteropleidingen blijft de daling van het totaal aanmeldingen in vergelijking met vorig jaar vrij gelijk met de updates van week 11 en week 14. Voor de masters BMOL, MPA, EE en MPA, SBI zien we dat het aantal aanmeldingen hoger is dan voorafgaande jaren.
  *   Het valt op dat het aantal aanmeldingen voor mES en mHYD minder groot is dan vorig jaar. Voor de bachelor bAARD zijn er momenteel 42 aanmeldingen.
  *   Aanmeldingen voor de Joint Degrees, waarvan de UvA penvoerder is, worden pas zichtbaar als deze de status ‘Goedgekeurd’ krijgen.

Numeri Fixi opleidingen
Op 15 april hebben de aanmelders voor de drie NF opleidingen hun rangnummer gekregen. Zij hebben twee weken om hun plaats te accepteren.
Afgewezen plaatsen worden aangeboden aan het eerstvolgende rangnummer, die vervolgens ook twee weken de tijd heeft om te accepteren.
NB: Niet iedereen die nu een plek heeft geaccepteerd zal daadwerkelijk instromen. Ter vergelijking staat in het laatste kolom het percentage geaccepteerde plaatsen van week 16 2024 dat later toch afgevallen/teruggetrokken is.
Op dit moment ziet de verdeling er als volgt uit. Deze getallen hebben peildatum 17 april 2025, dus wijken enigszins af van de aantallen in de bijlage.

Aanmelddeadlines Masteropleidingen
Niet EER-studenten die zich na 1 april aanmelden worden afgewezen.

De volgende update van de aanmeldcijfers zal op 1 mei worden gedeeld.

Please find enclosed an overview of Beta applications from all Bachelor and Master programs as of reference date April 15 2025.
Please note: applications are not yet enrolments.

Beta Notable figures

  *   There are currently 7101 provisional applications for the entire faculty, of which 1575 are on 'Portal Voltooid' and 1577 are on ‘Voorwaardelijk geaccepteerd’. 3126 applicants still have the status 'Initiëel'.
  *   For the bachelor programs, we see a decrease in total applications for all programs except bFAR. For bGZW and bMNW, the picture is similar to week 14. Both programs have fewer applications compared to previous years.
  *   Regarding the master programs, the decrease of the total applications in comparison to past year remains similar to the updates of week 11 and week 14. For the masters BMOL, MPA, EE, MPA, and SBI, we see that the number of applications is higher than previous years.
  *   It is notable that the number of applications for mES and mHYD is lower than last year. There are currently 42 applications for the bachelor bAARD.
  *   Applications for the Joint Degrees for which the UvA is the lead institution do not become visible until they receive the status 'Approved'.

Numeri Fixi programs
On April 15, applicants for the three NF program received their rank numbers. They have two weeks to accept their places.
Rejected places are offered to the next rank number, who then also has two weeks to accept.
NB: Not every applicant that has currently accepted their place, will eventually enroll. For comparison, the last column shows the percentage of accepted places from week 16 2024 that were later withdrawn anyway.
Currently, the distribution is as follows. These numbers have reference date 17 April 2025, so they may slightly diverge from the numbers in the attachment.

Application deadlines Masters programs
Non-EEA students applying after April 1 will be rejected.

The next update of application figures will be distributed on May the 1st.
