Dear all,
We have received feedback that the cleaning in our building sometimes feels inadequate. If you notice any issues with cleaning, please report them via cleaning report<https://vrijeuniversiteit-prod.planoncloud.com/case/BP/VU_017>

Below is an overview of the main cleaning agreement:
General Guidelines

  *   Cleaning takes place during office hours, not at fixed times.
  *   A results-based obligation applies (except for sanitary/treatment rooms).
Key Frequencies

  *   Flex desks: 2 times per week
  *   Fixed desks: 1 time per week
  *   Public/private areas: 5 times per week
  *   Laboratories: 3 times per week
  *   Toilets/showers: 5 times per week
  *   Meeting rooms: 5 times per week
Laboratory Protocols

  *   Standard program: 3 times per week + daily tasks (floors, sinks, bins, dispensers)
  *   ML labs: ML protocol active
  *   RA labs: RA protocol in development
