[Jongkees-group.beta] NMR lisence file

For those who have VU NMR access, the lisence file shared by Elwin does not work due to the missing line.

key tricks

  1.
the lisence file is only of Mestrenova 15.0.0
  2.
Previously shared lisence files miss <server> IP address

Here is the corrected version of NMR file.
