[Im4ca-wp4.beta] IM4CA WP4 summer meeting

Hi everyone,

We were planning to have a WP4 meeting before everyone leaves for the 
summer holidays. However, it's too late to send out a Doodle poll and 
wait for everyone to respond. Therefore, we have decided to schedule a 
preliminary meeting at the beginning of July for those who are 
available, and then organize a proper meeting with a poll in late 
September or early October.

The meeting will be held on July 3rd from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. CEST.

If you are not available, that's not a problem. It's quite a short 
notice and we're looking forward to see you at the meeting in autumn
