understand your concerns, and I am sorry for the uncertainty
created by the recent updates.</p>
<p data-start="314" data-end="576">INCAS remains committed to
supporting the campaign and we fully understand how important our
role is as the local point of contact. We also appreciate the
effort made by all partners, including travelling and working
outside regular hours.</p>
<p data-start="578" data-end="885">Some of the issues we reported
were unfortunately linked to constraints that could not be fully
solved in the remaining time, such as public holidays, internal
availability and supplier delivery times. Still, we are doing our
best to find practical solutions and to support the campaign as
much as possible.</p>
<p data-start="887" data-end="1222">Regarding the drone team, they
will be available starting from <strong data-start="950"
data-end="960">2 June</strong>, and we are working internally to
ensure their continued involvement from that point onward. </p>
<p data-start="1224" data-end="1500">I take your concerns seriously
and will continue working with my colleagues to improve the
coordination and support for the campaign. We also recognize the
importance of this opportunity for methane research in Romania and
will do our best to help make the campaign a success.</p>

about the planning and preparation of INCAS for the campaign,

to study and raise attention for the environmental problem of

<p>I would like to inform you that the INCAS drone team
will not be able to participate in the campaign starting
from 31 May 2026, as initially requested.<br>
<br>
In Romania, 31 May and 1 June 2026 are
public/non-working holidays, which affects the
availability of the team during the first two days of
the campaign. As mentioned in previous emails, there was
a possibility that not all team members would be
available from the very beginning of the campaign.<br>
<br>
The INCAS drone team will therefore be present and
available starting from 2 June 2026. From that date
onward, we are working to ensure their continued
involvement in the campaign activities, in line with the
measurement requirements and the operational needs of
the project.<br>
<br>
I would also like to inform you that, unfortunately, we
were not able to finalize the order for the N₂O
cylinders. One of the suppliers indicated a delivery
time of approximately 3–4 weeks, which is not feasible
considering the campaign schedule. Another supplier,
Messer, informed us that they would require a formal
request for quotation and, subsequently, a direct order
from the external partners. For this reason, they were
not able to provide further details regarding cylinder
availability or delivery time at this stage.<br>

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and
will do our best to ensure that the drone-related
activities are integrated as efficiently as possible
into the overall campaign schedule.<br>
