[Im4ca-wp1.beta] Update regarding INCAS drone team availability and N₂O cylinders – IM4CA Romania campaign

Hi Sara,

The INCAS team will arrive at Strejnicu around 9.30 (depending on 
traffic, of course) on Sunday, 31st May. This is the earliest you can 
also arrive. We will assist you with whatever you need.

Regarding the Sunday 14th June, I do confirm that you will have access 
on site.
