[Im4ca-wp1.beta] Scientific communication - Romanian Campaign

Hi everyone, 






As discussed in today's WP1 meeting, it is essential to invest efforts in the scientific communication of the campaign not only to valorize the science behind it, but also to help us document it properly and share it with both the public and scientific communities. 

Contributions from all participating institutes are strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated. Please fill in the following Excel sheet [ https://vu.data.surf.nl/f/257606690 | https://vu.data.surf.nl/f/257606690 ] by ticking the relevant boxes to indicate how and when you plan to contribute to the scientific communication efforts. 

The scientific communication will be achieved via two approaches: LinkedIn campaign and Blog campaign. 

1. LinkedIn Campaign: 

    * Posts on daily basis by participating teams. 
    * Guidelines for LinkedIn post: 
    * Picture format: landscape (horizontal) 
    * Recommended: 1 picture per post 
    * Text: Researchers are free to describe their day, measurements, interesting finding, set-up, general opinion, motivations, impressions, or challenges in the field 
    * Tag their institute , the IM4CA project “ [ https://www.linkedin.com/in/im%E2%81%B4ca-project-a1381934b/ | IM⁴CA project | LinkedIn ] ”, the WP1 coordinators “ [ https://www.linkedin.com/in/jdparis/ | Jean-Daniel Paris | LinkedIn ] & [ https://www.linkedin.com/in/thomas-r%C3%B6ckmann-456359231/?skipRedirect=true | Thomas Röckmann | LinkedIn ] ”, and any colleague that appears in the photo or is contributing to the described event 
    * Hashtags to be used: Unique campaign hashtag #MethaneRomania2026 and #Methane #ClimateChange #HorizonEurope #oil #gas . 



Important: please avoid photographing any confidential equipment or data 



2. Campaign Blog: 

This blog is hosted on IM4CA website and will be updated by Rana/Roxana on a daily basis with pictures, texts, and videos (youtube channel) provided by participants. Landscape-format videos and pictures are recommended. 

If you would like to contribute to the campaign blog, please refer to the simple template shared by Roxana, where you can add your pictures and written content. Please include a few lines of description with your videos or pictures, covering elements such as city location, measurement type, interesting finding, set-up, general opinion, impression, motivations, challenges...etc).
