[Im4ca-wp1.beta] URGENT - Confirmation of Accommodation Details - IM4CA Romania Campaign

Dear all,


As we are preparing the accommodation arrangements for the IM4CA Romania 
Campaign, I kindly ask you to check the Excel file named *“Accommodation 
arrangements IM4CA Romania Campaign.xlsx” *that I uploaded to the server 
in the Romania Campaign Planning folder and confirm that all the 
information included there is correct.

Please also fill in the *billing details of your institution* directly 
in the file.

I kindly ask you to complete this check and provide any necessary 
updates by *Monday, 25 May 2026, at 14:00 Bucharest time / 13:00 CEST*.

Time is running short, and we need this information by the deadline in 
order to still have enough time to handle any other issues or changes 
that may come up before the campaign.

Please note that if we do not receive any input from your side and the 
billing details are not provided by the deadline, we will not be able to 
proceed with the accommodation reservations.
