[Im4ca-wp1.beta] WP1 general meeting

Dear WP1 members, 



WP1 leaders Jean-Daniel and Thomas propose a WP1 general meeting at 11:00 am (Paris time) on January 21 or 28. 

Please, indicate your availability by responding to the Doodle poll (https://doodle.com/group-poll/participate/enJD2Vle). 



On the meeting schedule : 

- Control release experiment in Cyprus (11h00 to 11h20) 

- Status of aircraft plans (11h20-11h40) 

- Data evaluation workshop on the 9th of February, one day before general assembly (11h40 to 11h50) 

- General planning of the next tasks in WP1 including status updates from all groups (11h50 to 12h00) 

- Focused planning for Romanian campaign (logistics, hotels, “teams”, task distributions, pre-campaign measurements (12h00 to 12h50). 

- What to present from WP1 at the IM4CA annual meeting and how to structure this (12h50-13h00)?
