[Im4ca-wp1.beta] WP1 Romania campaign preparation meetings

Series of IM4CA weekly meeting to preprare the upcoming Romania campaign in June and the harmonization of CH4 flux estimation models. An accompanying agenda will indicate the main themes to be discussed during each of the meetings.

Agenda (to evolve still):

  *   18/02/2026: Site selection meeting
  *   25/02/2026: Drone and car teams meeting : harmonization (discussions post-cyprus and pre-Romania)
  *   4/03/2026: Readiness of the participating teams and the Romanian hosting teams (logistics, equipment availability, sending equipment, measurement readiness, participants, flights authorizations, car rentals, calibration materials, batteries)
