[Im4ca-wp1.beta] Ground team Meeting- Romania Campaign

Hello, 







To move forward with the quantification of the methane data collected in Romania by the ground teams, we propose 30 September as the deadline for each team to have their quantification-ready format finalized. 




To facilitate this happening on time, we will organize a two-hour meeting in September dedicated to ground measurements (cars and drones). The contribution from all partners; UU, AGH, CYI, INCAS, EMPA, LSCE is needed.

Agenda (all items require methodological/result input from LSCE, AGH, UU, CYI, INCAS, EMPA) 

    * Wind (2D/3D) & GPS data: (U/V/W definition, car-movement correction, validation, interpolation...) 
    * Methane & ethane reporting : (units, water vapor correction, calibration, other corrections…) 
    * Quantification-ready format: (Inlet and instrument delay + Site description (please review [ https://vu.data.surf.nl/f/266189260 | https://vu.data.surf.nl/f/266189260 ] before the meeting)) 
    * Establish responsibilities and next steps
