<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:#323232;background:white">This article examines the impact of the measures to contain COVID-19 on the right to family life in France. The shutdown of prefectural reception facilities,
the freezing of visas for family reunification and the closure of international borders leave families at a dead end. Some people already in the country are seeing the hope of regularisation fade away, while others waiting for reunification are seeing the
time of their separation getting longer. While several complex government measures have followed one another, the recourse to exceptional legal practices (i.e.: summary proceedings) has become common, some collective mobilisations have emerged. The analysis
of the administrative immobilisation and of these mobilisations reveals an amplification of the inequalities in accessing the law and of the visibility of certain categories. These dynamics reflect the ongoing deterioration of the rights of foreigners prior
to the health crisis.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

délivrance des visas pour regroupement familial et clôture des frontières internationales laissent des familles dans l’impasse. Des personnes sur le territoire voient s’éloigner l’espoir d’une régularisation, d’autres en attente de réunification voient se
dilater le temps de leur séparation. Des mesures gouvernementales complexes se sont succédé, le recours aux pratiques légales exceptionnelles (référé) est devenu courant, et des mobilisations collectives diverses se sont développées. L’analyse de l’<em><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">immobilisation</span></em><span class="gmail-apple-converted-space"> </span>administrative
et de ces<span class="gmail-apple-converted-space"> </span><em><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">mobilisations</span></em><span class="gmail-apple-converted-space"><i> </i></span>révèle une amplification des inégalités dans l’accès au droit et
de la visibilisation de certaines catégories. Ces dynamiques s’inscrivent dans la continuité d’une dégradation du droit des étrangers, antérieure à la crise sanitaire.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
