Dear all,
I am very sorry to hear this very sad news. I had the opportunity to meet
Beate at the New research challenges on intermarriage and mixedness
conference in Paris in 2015 and in Ifrane three years later, as well as in
her writings. She has been part of my journey in the field of mixedness and
I remember her as a welcoming and caring person.
I send my affectionate thoughts to her family and her loved ones.
