Please find attached the meeting minutes. As promised, I will work on a first draft ppt, which I will share with you soon.

Actions:

  *   Mekky will contact VU + UPV research team to request an update on scientific publications + annual demo at university
  *   Mekky will draft ppt and include overview of Deliverables, Milestones
  *   Frank, Denis, and Giovanni will add slides on their respective topics (see minutes)
  *   Frank will write one-A4 report on the Eurosonic festval, using the template shared by Lima
  *   Lima will forward communication with PO on KPIs ? done

Dear All,

Thank you for the fruitful meeting today. For those who were not able to attend, please find attached the detailed meeting minutes.

For your convenience, I?ve also drafted an action list:

Actions

  *   Everybody will think of blog content ideas to diversify the authors and topics
  *   Denis will update KPI status and share this in the meeting next month
  *   Lima will share template for report and Frank will write a one-page report on the Eurosonic presentation
  *   Mekky will forward information on VU Podcast studio to Jaap, and upon his approval Frank will organise the first podcast in which Jaap will be interviewed
  *   Mekky  will reorganise Drive, categorising the different activities under communication and dissemination; Lima will upload the Deliverables and Milestones table in the drive
  *   Mekky will send reminder email to Bruno (on podcast and video update) and to the next providers of a blog
  *   Lima will follow up on the milestone ?policy brief?
  *   Denis will show in next meeting how he posts content on the Music360 LinkedIn, and share login info ? the goal is that we can all support in the social
  *   Wikipedia
