Dear All,

Please find below the key action points based on our discussion in today’s meeting:
Artists & Interviews - Denis is in touch with the artists (one Brazilian, one Dutch). Frank will draft questions for an interview/article. Denis and Frank will follow up with the artists. Depending on the artists’ written responses, we may proceed with writing an article and potentially recording a podcast.
Website & LinkedIn
Giovanni will email a blog post to Denis for publication on the website and LinkedIn.
Denis has sent a reminder to Roel, Bruno, and Francisco to submit their blog posts.
Music360 Video - Mekky will contact Bruno for an update.
Webinar - Piia will check internally with the communications team whether AI tools can generate English subtitles. If possible, this will enable sharing the GTM webinar on Music360 platforms.
Podcast - Mekky will explore the possibilities of using the VU studio for recording. If feasible, Frank will arrange an interview with Jaap.
Wikipedia - Mekky will test if our project meets the eligibility criteria for a Wikipedia page.
Press Release / Radio / TV - Giovanni is in contact with the URV communications team. A written article will be published in local media. Depending on interest, radio and TV coverage may follow.
Any Other Business (AOB) - If anyone has suggestions for the upcoming meeting in Finland regarding our Work Package (WP), please share them.
