Subject: Music360: monthly meeting WP 7 + content delivery schedule
Dear All,

I hope this email finds you well. Although some colleagues might already have holidays, I wanted to write this email before the end of this year.

In the next year, we would like to work on content development for the Music360 platforms. Therefore, I would like to propose monthly meetings with all work package 7 members. During these meetings we can plan, monitor and brainstorm on how to increase the visibility of the project. Additionally, we'll collaboratively work towards achieving the key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined in our proposal.

Here are the proposed options for the monthly meetings:

  *   Every second Tuesday of the month, from 14:00 to 15:00h (starting from 16/01)
  *   Every last Wednesday of the month, from 14:00 to 15:00h (starting from 31/01)

I kindly request your preference between these options by the end of Thursday 21/12.

Furthermore, I have drafted a document in the Drive<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YW0B15PuvrbB7HLxoG_K5sQZz46LziY3cA7w_hBYAs8/edit?usp=share_link> organizing for each partner to deliver content for both the website and social media, starting from January. @Ralph van Hulzen<mailto:rvanhulzen at sena.nl> and @nick.yule at aepo-artis.org<mailto:nick.yule at aepo-artis.org>, SENA and Aepo-Artis are the first to deliver content in January, please let me know if this is feasible.
