by three visiting researchers from Mexico: Dr. Nora del Carmen Osuna Millan (Computer Science), Dr. Virginia Berenice Niebla Zatarain (Computer Science), and Dr. Jesus Manuel Niebla Zatarain (Law). This multidisciplinary team

by the Mexican Research Office CONACYT.</span></div>

He has a Phd in Law from the U of Edinburgh. His main area of interest is the intersection between law and technology, addressing this one as a platform to replicate and enforce the law. His main area of interest is artificial intelligence, copyright law and
data protection. He is a Professor and Researcher at the Faculty of Law of Mazatlan of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa and a member of the National Research System (SNI) in Mexico.</span></div>
