I am very pleased to invite you to an upcoming seminar at the intersection of antitrust, intellectual property, and law & technology. This event is part of the Law, Technology & Economics series.

We are hosting Jonathan Barnett (USC Gould School of Law), who will present a talk entitled “When Antitrust Gets It Wrong.” Drawing on several influential theories of harm (such as patent holdup, killer acquisitions, and kill zones), his talk will offer a critical assessment of recent developments.

The format will include a 30-minute presentation followed by a discussion and Q&A.
