[Allpartners.music360-beta] Important updates for Ethics reporting Living Labs 2

Dear all,

The EC Officer made us some recommendations for the next living labs regarding personal data. Please, take them in mind for the new experiments as we have to keep on collecting the consent forms and information to participants.

- The DPO contact details should be consistently included in all consent forms and participant materials. Each organization has a Data Protection Officer. Moreover, she asks for more harmonization, so please check the documents we have at the Drive.

- It is recommended that mechanisms for international data transfers be clarified, ensuring GDPR-compliant safeguards and data minimisation. I guess that’s the case of Finland-VU.

- Provide executive summaries for complex consent forms to ensure participant comprehension.

- In case some partner would need ethics training, please let me know.

- She also would like more transparency with participants and stakeholders through regular updates or dashboards. Don’t know if we could add some “Legal section" in the Blog and/or the Dashboard.
