[Allpartners.music360-beta] NDA between GEMA and each Music360 partner

All,
To proceed with GEMA and collaborate on experiments and discuss results, each of the Music360 partners needs to sign an NDA with GEMA. To make this manageable for GEMA, we all need to sign an NDA with the same text, i.e. each of the 10 M360 partners signs an identical NDA with GEMA and GEMA countersigns this. This gives 10 documents each with 2 signatures, one of GEMA and one of you.

I attach the NDA that they propose. Could you verify this with your legal department? If they want anything changed, I would have to ask GEMA to create an update and check the resulting NDA with all of the other 9 partners until we reach a state in which all partners and GEMA agrees with the final NDA text. Let's hope the attached one is acceptable!

Legal departments are not known for their speed, so keep me informed about progress. The faster we can do this, the faster we can work with GEMA for e.g. a joint experiment.
