Dear Jaap,

Regarding the Spanish living labs, we have already asked permission for two:

- the one in the hospital, Conrado has the ok from the hospital and this week they are starting to inform and select the patients (I guess this is qualitative).

- the one in the store, that I'm managing to have a focus groups with employees (qualitative). And, if they agree, we could also send surveys to employees (but, as they are very reluctant, I’m not sure if they will let to do this).

Just in case you would add something as we are not “under consideration”.
