[Allpartners.music360-beta] NDA agreement with GEMA

All,
After negotiating with GEMA, BMAT and GTM with the help of GDA we have finally an NDA text that these parties can agree with. The differences with the original one of 21st October are:

* Definition of the topic (preamble)
* Clarification that raw data is not to be shared (article 1(2)).
* Compliance with the Belgian Data Protection a Act rather than the German data Protection Act (Article 4(1)).

These changes are marked in green. Places marked in yellow are your organization has to fill in. Please don't change anything else ... as we would have to negotiate every letter changed with every party in the project plus GEMA.

Could each of you please sign this NDA before next week Wednesday the 4th of December? Let's try to get this done before the Christmas break.
To start, could you confirm the reception of this message?
