Hi Sander,

I mean that the living labs are all “running” and all data gathered is still “to be verified”. Unless I have missed something, none of the living labs have delivered a mid-term report with concrete, verified and comparable data presented in a way that allows us to make final conclusions.

As a result it would be a but ‘misplaced’ to already make concrete policy recommendations on these.

What do you precisely mean by no concrete usable results?
I know we did not get a significant effect on revenue, but the research in NL did show some significant effects on employees and customers..

Ofcourse we hope we can prove a significant effect on revenue during the second living lab.

My apologies for really stretching it to the end of the deadline.

Attached our attempt to a first policy brief.

Given that none of the living labs have resulted in concrete usable data, making actual policy recommendation impossible, we had to find a way around it. I hope that we succeeded.

We didn’t know whether this document is needed for the review later today, but just in case that is the situation, we’ve already provided it with a lay-out.
