[Allpartners.music360-beta] [ACTION REQUIRED before March 8: ALL] Re: Queries collection for Music360 project

Dear all project partners,

Following Yulu's thread and my mail from last Friday, here's an update *asking
all project partners for contributions*, so we can progress in the
definition of the Music360 dashboard and respective software back end.

*WHAT?*
The task we are asking you to do is quite simple but crucial, since it will
define essential parts of the platform: to *help us define the user stories
of the platform according to **each type of user*.

*WHO?*
*Everyone involved in the project*, providing information about the type of
future platform users, according to their expertise.
(e.g., TEOSTO: author's CMOs, songwriters and publishers... / BMAT: music
data companies, music venues... / VU or UPV: researchers / AEPO-ARTIS:
policy makers, trade associations...)

*HOW?*
We ask you to *go to this simple collaborative spreadsheet

and add user stories, one per row, filling the following:

1) Choose a "persona" from the list, in *column A*.
E.g., "As a... *music venue*"
2) Describe a user requirement, in *column B*.
E.g., "I want to... *List the songs played in my venue per date*"
3) Describe an objective for that requirement, in *column C*.
E.g., "so that... *I can determine which repertoire is more popular in the
given dates*"
4) Optionally add any comments or clarifications you think are
relevant in *column
D*.
5) Finally, provide your name/contact in *column E*, so that we can get
back to you to collect further info if necessary.

In the second tab "Personas" there's the list of types of users the
platform needs to take into consideration. Please, let us know if you have
any comments about this.

Once all the user stories are collected, we will be able to analyze them
and derive the user interface, functional and security requirements from
them, following Yulu's request.

*WHEN?*
Please *add your contributions by March 8*, so that all tech partners can
progress on WP2 and 3 according to the committed schedule.
