We hope you are all doing well. Following our previous exchanges, please find some updates:
1. Availability for follow-up meeting with Coordinators: As discussed, the purpose of the 2nd meeting is to report on what you have agreed upon (joint topics of further collaborations, concrete timelines, joint events, platform cooperation). It will be an informal meeting of 2 hours, but it needs preparation from your side. In this regard, please fill-in the doodle https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/aOPv7RLb by 25 May COB.
2. MS Teams group: Please feel free to post any updates and use it as a collaboration space. For the moment, it is a bit silent…
3. Consultation survey very relevant for your projects!
The Commission is looking for evidence from the research community to inform the adoption of the delegated acts which would specify the conditions under which sharing of data should take place, and other implications.
The consultation is open until 25 May. Feel free to complete it and send this information to your consortium as it is a good way of providing direct input to upcoming policy/legislative initiatives:

Dear all,
I would like to warmly thank you for our successful Cluster meeting that took place a couple of weeks ago.
Please find attached the minutes, with the invaluable contribution of Pascalle, and our group photo.
As agreed, a MS Teams group is set up to facilitate your interactions.
* The members are myself (REA), the Policy Officers from RTD and EAC, and the project representatives invited to the meeting. The Coordinators please make sure that all your appointed team members have access. Please manage individually the notifications you receive from the group, based on your role.

Please note that Guest users need to authenticate themselves on the European Commission Tenant prior to do anything on Teams (Collaborate, attend Teams meeting…).
1. You are invited to read the EC M365 environment guest user privacy statement (in attachment).
2. The e-mail address I invited has received an email from Microsoft inviting you to join the Team.
If you do not see the invitation, check your junk or spam folder, or let me know and I can re-invite you.
Open the email invitation, and select Open Microsoft Teams.

You already use Office 365 and the Teams app in your home organisation?
* Then joining a team as a guest is a lot simpler, provided external collaboration is enabled on your “home tenant”.
· Open the Microsoft Teams app and choose “Yes” to switch to the team you are invited to. You can now collaborate with the European Commission on the project in Teams.
· To switch back to your home tenant, select it from the Organisation drop-down.

You don’t use Teams yet?
Should you want to use an email address ending with Outlook, Hotmail or Office (they are all Microsoft account), then you can sign in and go directly to the step 4.
If you do not have a Microsoft account please keep the email invitation to connect the following times. It will be your “ticket in” to access again the Team.
If you lose it, you may ask your contact at the Commission (me) to add you back to the team.
1. Your email address need to be register in the European Commission Tenant.
On the “Sign in” dialog box, select Send code”.

2. You will now receive an Account verification code.
This is called “one-time password” (OTP) verification. Copy the code.

3. Now enter the code you copied in the verify email dialog box and click on “Sign in”.

4. Review permission and click on “Accept”.

5. Choose now to download the Teams Application or use the web app instead.
