Please find below an email from the EU project officer.
In short, she asks for participation in an EC conference eddressing the challenges of the European Music ecosystem, at 22-02-2024.

I think it is interesting to participate. However, at the proposed date, I am abroad.
Is there anyone who wants to tell the Music360 in Brussel?

Please tell me asap, we need to respond 8th dec.

Dear all,

I am contacting you about a very interesting opportunity about your projects and the Music Cluster.

We have been in internal exchanges about the upcoming Conference on Music ‘Addressing the challenges of the European Music ecosystem’, which will take place in Brussels on 22-02-2024 (tbc). The conference is organised by DG EAC with high level participants from the policy side.

In this regard, I have discussed with DG EAC to potentially include your Cluster in this event, so I wish to confirm your interest.

We are wish to propose a 20 minute joint presentation of the three projects that can refer to your outcomes to present and some initial policy recommendations/observations. It should not be a technical presentation, but refer to the policy makers (e.g. MEPs). The preparation of the conference is ongoing, so we will share further information at a later stage.

Please discuss it and get back to me by 8 December with a joint response about your availability. I believe this can be a fantastic opportunity to present your Cluster with a high impact for both the projects and their researchers.
